'UX5c' is a variant of the UX5 pathogen. It is extremely volatile, making hosts show symptoms in under 2 hours, and turning them into hyper-aggressive cannibals. What makes UX5c stand out is the extreme toll it does to mammals' bodies. Hosts typically do not last past 24 hours due to their genetic code being altered to the point of death. When hosts do die, their skin almost erupts into a gruesome bloodbath, infecting anyone nearby.
